ELITELUX AUTO CONCIERGE
VEHICLE DELIVERY AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into between EliteLux Auto Concierge (“EliteLux”) and the Client booking services through our website or scheduling platform.
By booking a service and submitting payment, the Client agrees to the following terms:Authorization
The Client authorizes EliteLux Auto Concierge to collect the vehicle listed in the booking from the specified dealership or location and deliver it to the designated delivery address.Vehicle Condition & Roadworthiness
The Client confirms that the vehicle is:
Legally owned or authorized for release
Insured by the dealership or owner until delivery is completeSafe and roadworthy for operation
EliteLux is not responsible for mechanical failures, warning lights, or performance issues unrelated to delivery handling.Inspection & Documentation
EliteLux will conduct a visual inspection and capture photo/video documentation at pickup and delivery.
These records serve as the official condition report of the vehicle during EliteLux custody.Insurance Coverage
The vehicle is covered under EliteLux’s commercial insurance policy while in our care, custody, and control, subject to policy limits and exclusions.
Pre-existing damage is not the responsibility of EliteLux.Liability Limitation
EliteLux shall not be liable for:
Pre-existing cosmetic or mechanical issues
Manufacturer defects
Road hazards beyond reasonable control
Acts of God, traffic incidents, or third-party interferenceEliteLux’s liability is limited to direct damage proven to have occurred during custody.Delivery Timing
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
Traffic
Weather
Dealership delaysSafety considerations
EliteLux reserves the right to delay delivery to ensure safe transport.Payment Terms
A base concierge commitment is required at booking.
Additional fees for service upgrades or handling requirements may be invoiced separately.
All payments must be completed before vehicle release.
Payments are non-refundable once vehicle pickup begins.Exotic & High-Value Vehicles
Vehicles categorized as exotic or ultra-luxury may require additional handling fees and documentation.
EliteLux reserves the right to decline transport if risk exceeds insurable limits.Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate vehicle and dealership information
Ensure vehicle is ready for release
Confirm delivery address accessibility
Respond promptly to concierge communicationsIndependent Concierge Service
EliteLux Auto Concierge operates as an independent concierge service and is not affiliated with any dealership or manufacturer.Agreement Acceptance
By completing the booking and submitting payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Vehicle Delivery Agreement.
